Terms of Service

Your use of MythVio is governed by this contract with DreamRender Limited. In this document, “MythVio,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to DreamRender Limited, while “Service” covers the MythVio app, https://app.mythvio.com/, its AI creative tools, and connected support. Opening or using any part of the Service confirms your acceptance of this document and the Privacy Policy. Otherwise, you should stop before using MythVio.

1. Agreement and eligibility

MythVio has a minimum age of 16. A higher threshold in your home jurisdiction takes priority, and a 16- or 17-year-old must obtain guardian approval whenever local rules require it. Every user must have capacity to make this contract.

Anyone acting for a company or other body promises that they are authorized to accept on its behalf. Access is unavailable to a person barred by law. Nothing here takes away a consumer protection that cannot be waived in the user’s location.

2. Accounts and security

Registration details must be truthful and kept current. Protect your sign-in credentials and report an access problem promptly. Except where the problem arose because we failed to apply appropriate safeguards, actions taken through your account are treated as yours.

Available login routes can include email, Google, or Facebook. Choosing an outside login route also places you under that provider’s conditions. Accounts cannot be sold, rented, transferred, mass-created, or shared when doing so creates entitlement, fraud, or security risk.

Permanent closure can be started in account settings when that control is present. Alternatively, write from the account email to support@mythvio.com. After verification, we complete the request in no more than 15 working days unless a shorter legal deadline governs. Store subscriptions continue until separately canceled in Google Play.

3. The creative Service

Available tools can create AI images, improve photographs, restyle visual material, turn selected imagery into short video, apply templates, screen unsafe requests, and save a creation history. The app itself shows the current models, formats, timing, credit charge, availability, and limits for your version, device, territory, account, and plan.

We may add, update, restrict, or retire a feature for product, security, legal, or technical reasons. If a permanent change removes a paid entitlement, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law and the relevant billing platform.

AI results are probabilistic. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, offensive, non-unique, or similar to results created for another user. Do not rely on Output for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, identity-verification, or other high-impact decisions.

4. Your content and AI results

4.1 Input

We call the photos, videos, prompts, directions, and style selections you submit “Input.” Existing ownership stays with you. For the limited purpose of running, protecting, moderating, diagnosing, and assisting with MythVio, you authorize us and our processors to make the copies, transmissions, transformations, hosting, and temporary storage that the task requires. This permission is worldwide and non-exclusive and follows the Privacy Policy.

Before submitting material, make sure you have every authorization necessary for both the upload and requested transformation. That includes intellectual-property permission and any privacy, publicity, portrait, or likeness consent. Never provide someone else’s private, intimate, or sensitive material without authority.

4.2 Output

An image, video, or other result made for your request is “Output.” Provided the law and other people’s rights allow it, we assert no ownership over that result. Any rights in the specific Output that first vest in us are transferred to you, allowing personal and commercial use.

The transfer excludes our application, models, templates, marks, design system, and material belonging to others. Because an AI result can resemble existing work or lack legal protection, MythVio makes no promise of uniqueness, copyright eligibility, accuracy, clearance, or fitness for a particular business use. Review and label a result appropriately before lawful publication or distribution.

4.3 Private content

MythVio has no member publication feed, comment feature, or direct messenger. Other users cannot see private creative material through MythVio; visibility changes only when you deliberately export it to a person or outside platform.

5. Acceptable use

The Service may never be used to produce, submit, seek, circulate, or help with any of the following:

• sexual exploitation of a minor, child sexual abuse material, or any sexualized portrayal of a person below 18;
• intimate or sexual imagery created or shared without consent, including voyeuristic material or a sexual deepfake, as well as stalking or harassment;
• fraud, identity theft, deceptive impersonation, or misleading political or commercial content likely to cause harm;
• credible threats, targeted abuse, hateful conduct, graphic violence, terrorism, self-harm promotion, or instructions for serious wrongdoing;
• content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, portrait, confidentiality, or other rights;
• malware, phishing, spam, automated scraping, reverse engineering of protected components, unauthorized security testing, or attempts to bypass safety, payment, access, or usage controls; or
• resale, transfer, or manipulation of accounts, credits, subscriptions, rewards, or the Service without our written permission.

You must comply with applicable law and any feature-specific rule shown in the Service.

6. Safety, moderation, and reporting

Software-based safeguards and trained reviewers can be used to find and examine a suspected breach. A response may include refusing the task, deleting stored material, narrowing access, reclaiming a manipulated reward, pausing or closing an account, retaining evidence, or notifying authorities when justified or legally required.

Report prohibited, infringing, non-consensual, or impersonation content by emailing support@mythvio.com with the subject “MythVio Content Report.” Include enough information to locate the content, explain the concern, and identify your relationship to a person depicted when relevant.

We aim to acknowledge a complete safety report within 72 hours and review a valid report within seven business days. Reports involving imminent harm, child sexual abuse material, or non-consensual intimate imagery receive priority. These are operational targets, not a guarantee for every case. You may appeal an enforcement decision by replying to our notice or contacting support.

7. Subscriptions and purchases

7.1 Products

MythVio may offer weekly or monthly auto-renewing subscriptions, one-time credit packs, and other digital entitlements. Before you confirm payment, the purchase screen identifies the product, price, currency, billing period, included benefits or credits, renewal status, trial conditions, and any product-specific limit. That screen controls where it provides more specific information.

7.2 Google Play billing

Android transactions are charged by Google Play to the payment method selected in your Google account and are also governed by store conditions. A product marked as recurring continues at the stated price and interval until canceled in Google Play. To prevent another charge, act before the renewal cutoff displayed by the store. Ending renewal usually leaves access available through the already-paid term, subject to law and Google’s rules.

Removing the app, signing out, ceasing use, or closing a MythVio profile leaves a Google Play subscription running. Cancellation must occur in the store. Purchase restoration can require the same Google account that completed the transaction.

7.3 Prices and changes

Your checkout screen establishes the amount, currency, and applicable tax for that transaction. Later offerings, included benefits, and pricing can change, but a completed one-time order is not repriced. Google Play handles notices and consent required before a new recurring price applies.

8. Credits, promotions, and rewarded ads

Credits are limited digital entitlements usable only inside MythVio. They are not cash, stored value, cryptocurrency, or a gift card and may not be transferred, resold, or redeemed for money except where law requires. The Service shows the credit cost of a task and any expiry or promotional condition that applies.

When our technical fault spends credits but produces no requested result, send support the relevant account and task information. A confirmed incident will be corrected by returning the credits, performing the task again, or supplying the legally required alternative. No automatic correction is due merely because a completed result was not to your taste, or when safety rules, unsupported material, the device, or the network caused the outcome.

MythVio may offer optional rewarded ads. A reward is added only after the advertising provider confirms eligible completion. Availability, frequency, and reward amount may vary. Manipulating ad delivery, completion events, devices, networks, or accounts may result in reversal of rewards or proportionate account restrictions.

9. Refunds and billing support

A full-refund application is available when the Service disappoints you or you identify a failed paid function, repeated billing, an unrecognized charge, or another charging mistake. Write to support@mythvio.com. Include the login identifier, Google order number, date, item, amount, explanation, and useful screenshots. A complete card number or security code must never be included.

A complete application receives our response no later than 48 hours after receipt. Following approval, actions within DreamRender Limited’s control are completed within two business days, together with the cooperation needed by Google Play or another payment channel. Subsequent review and the posting of funds are controlled externally by the store, processor, or bank and can require additional time.

Google Play’s own request route remains available wherever its rules permit it. We cannot promise a decision or settlement schedule that belongs to Google, another processor, or a financial institution. Statutory remedies—including cancellation, withdrawal, refund, repair, or renewed performance—remain untouched when local law makes them compulsory.

During a chargeback review, access may be paused only for benefits and unused credits tied to that particular transaction. Future paid access can be proportionately restricted after repeated baseless disputes, double recovery, or payment-fraud evidence. Honest disputes, unrecognized charges, and non-waivable consumer protections are unaffected.

10. Copyright and rights complaints

A rights owner or authorized representative may email support@mythvio.com about suspected infringement. The notice should name and describe the protected work, point us to the disputed material, provide the sender’s contact information, explain the honest belief that permission is absent, certify the notice’s accuracy, and carry an electronic or physical signature.

We may ask for additional information, restrict or remove material, notify an affected user, and process a legally valid counter-notice. A person who knowingly submits a materially false notice or counter-notice may be responsible for resulting harm where applicable law provides.

11. MythVio intellectual property

Except for your Input and the specific Output rights described above, the application and all supplied software, interface elements, templates, graphics, copy, logos, and marks belong to DreamRender Limited or its licensors. Compliance with these Terms gives you a personal permission to use MythVio as designed; that permission is limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive.

Ideas or feedback sent voluntarily can be applied to MythVio’s operation and development without compensation. This feedback permission never transfers ownership of an unrelated work you created.

12. Suspension, termination, and account deletion

You may stop using MythVio and request account deletion at any time. Deletion is permanent and may remove saved creations, credits, and app-account entitlements. It does not automatically cancel or refund a Google Play purchase or subscription.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe you materially or repeatedly violated these Terms, created a safety or security risk, acted fraudulently or unlawfully, abused payments or chargebacks, failed to pay, or when law requires action. Where appropriate and lawful, we will give notice and an opportunity to appeal.

When reasonably practicable, a permanent shutdown will be announced at least 30 days beforehand. A user holding time left on a paid entitlement or unused bought credits will receive a proportional refund or the alternative remedy required by law and supported by the billing channel.

13. Service and AI disclaimers

Where law allows, you receive MythVio in its current and available condition. Availability can be interrupted; errors can occur; saved material can be lost; and processing time is not guaranteed. We also make no assurance that a result is authentic, accurate, unique, cleared of third-party rights, lawful in every context, or appropriate for your intended purpose.

MythVio exists for creative expression, not professional guidance. Its results are not medical, legal, financial, employment, lending, housing, insurance, admissions, or safety advice. Verify important facts independently and never make a high-impact decision about someone solely from an AI result.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, consumer guarantee, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability and user responsibility

So far as the governing law permits, DreamRender Limited and its related companies, staff, and suppliers exclude responsibility for consequential, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive loss, including loss of revenue, profit, business, goodwill, information, or opportunity connected with MythVio.

When a monetary ceiling is enforceable, the combined amount recoverable from us for all Service-related claims is capped at your actual MythVio payments in the 12 months before the event concerned.

No exclusion or ceiling applies where prohibited, including for fraudulent or willful conduct, gross negligence, negligent death or personal injury, and any compulsory liability or consumer remedy.

Where enforceable, losses or outside claims resulting from unlawful material you submit, an infringement you commit, forbidden activity, or a serious violation of this contract remain your responsibility. Loss attributable to our breach, negligence, or unlawful act remains ours.

15. Governing law and disputes

Start by sending support@mythvio.com a written account of the problem and the outcome you seek. For the following 30 days, both sides will make a genuine attempt at informal settlement before filing a claim. A court may still be approached immediately for time-sensitive protective relief concerning safety, confidentiality, intellectual property, or another threatened right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, the courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be resolved informally. If you are a consumer, this section does not remove any mandatory right to bring proceedings in the courts where you live or to use an available consumer dispute-resolution process.

16. General terms, changes, and contact

This document, the Privacy Policy, and checkout-specific conditions contain the entire arrangement for MythVio. An invalid clause is reduced or removed only as far as needed, leaving the balance effective. Choosing not to enforce something immediately does not surrender the right to do so later.

You cannot transfer this contract without our approval. DreamRender Limited can transfer it during a lawful restructuring, financing, merger, acquisition, or asset sale, provided compulsory protections are preserved. Clauses intended to operate after closure—such as ownership, responsibility, warranty, liability, and dispute provisions—survive.

Changes in the product, law, or our operating practices can require a new version of these Terms. We will publish it with a revised date. A change materially affecting users will receive any extra notice or consent process the law demands. If translated wording conflicts with the English document, English controls unless local legislation gives priority to the translation.
